Software for smaller organisations

Software is about people. Not the other way around.

A website or an internal system is not an end in itself. It is there to make work lighter, to support processes and to make decisions possible. If software adds friction, it is the wrong software — or the wrong approach.

Monolithical builds websites and custom software: server and frontend. We think along on digitalisation, UX and optimisation. Not only on code. First we understand how people in your organisation work. Then comes technology.

We work with SMEs, associations and schools — smaller organisations that can use a little support. Tools are not the story. Java, Python, JavaScript, Svelte, Flutter, Android, iOS and .NET are means. What counts is the result: people who can do their work, and an organisation that does not get stuck in its own systems.

What we do

Not a product catalogue. Three ways we help smaller organisations organise and lighten their work.

  • 01 — Websites

    Sites that explain something

A website is not a billboard. Visitors should be able to read: what you do, for whom, and how to go further. Clear structure, quiet form, content that lasts.

  • 02 — Custom software

Made to fit, server and screen

Processes that do not fit a standard package deserve no workaround. We build what is needed — from backend to interface — so the work leads, not the other way around.

  • 03 — Advice

    Digitalisation without theatre

Sometimes building is not the first step. We look at process, UX and what is already there. If an existing, off-the-shelf solution fits, we say so. Our goal is not to make things, but to deliver a good solution.

More detail: services and how we work on approach.

Built to last, not to throw away

Software that has to be replaced after two years is expensive — in money, in attention, in the patience of the people who use it. We would rather build something maintainable: clear, fitting, and small enough to keep understanding.

That is the durable side of this work. Not greener talk, just less waste: no systems in the way, no digitalisation for show. We are experienced software engineers; from that discipline we know how to use AI correctly. When we build, we build AI-assisted — so costs can stay low, fitting smaller organisations.

Tools

The stack follows the question, not the other way around. This is what we often use — because it is stable, because it fits custom work, or because it keeps the interface light.
